Purple Palms resort, spread across an area of 2.5 acres is a serene oasis nestled on a once-barren landscape along the highway draws inspiration from the natural beauty and culture of Coorg which encompasses lush elephant habitats and aromatic coffee plantations. The resort’s central design feature is ornately landscaped courtyard carefully crafted to buffer the highway noise. Moreover, every room offers a unique perspective, with views of the courtyard, pool, forest or plantation.
The main design challenge we faced that the site being a highway location we had to create a tranquil, serene and lush landscaped space that acted as a shield from the hustle and bustle of weekend traffic.
